If we decide to change our privacy commitment for our website, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone. Privacy policy
Utopian Gardens recognises the trust you are placing in us through submitting your personal information. Our policies comply with our legal obligations and are intended to protect your privacy in respect of any personal information that you may provide to us.
If you submit your resume to us, we will keep it in a database for consideration.
Applications for employment
All personal details submitted in job applications will be directed to a secure area that is only accessed by our directors.
Your data will be held on file for a maximum of 12 weeks and at that time will be electronically deleted from our system.
Hard copies of your data will only be made when you are being put forward for a specific position. Once the selection process is finalised, all hard copies will be either returned to us for destruction, or destroyed by the area responsible for the recruitment.
